2.2. Physical Products:Refunds for physical products may be approved under the following conditions:
a. The product is defective or damaged upon delivery, and you provide sufficient proof (e.g., photos) of the defect or damage.
b. The product does not match the specifications or description provided at the time of purchase.
c. You return the product in its original condition and packaging within 07 days of receiving it.
2.3. S2DIO Services:Refunds for custom services may be approved under the following conditions:
a. You have canceled the service before any work has begun, and no costs have been incurred.
b. The service provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, and attempts to resolve the issue with our support team have been unsuccessful.

3. Refund Process

3.2. Refund Approval:Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and determine whether it meets the eligibility criteria. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 05 business days.

4.1. Payment Refunds:Refunds for purchases made by credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods will be credited back to the original payment source. Please allow 03 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4.2. Physical Product Refunds:Refunds for physical products will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery.After approval which would take 03 working days please allow 03 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4.3. Exceptions:Refunds for purchases made through other payment methods may be processed through alternative means, as agreed upon between you and our customer support team.
